A top company is seeking an experienced Payroll consultant to join their National Finance Payroll team. This company is amongst the elite in its industry and is renowned for career succession.

The position includes all aspects of the full payroll function using Chris 21, including setting up new starters and the calculation of termination payments and running end of month processes. Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Setting up new starters
  • Calculation of termination payments
  • Employee queries
  • Changes to employee packages
  • Running the end of month process
  • Monthly reconciliations of all payroll related GL accounts

The key competencies for this role include contributing to a positive team environment, continuous process improvements and building positive relationships with internal professionals and client personnel.

In order to be considered for this role you must have at least 3 to 5 years payroll experience, sound communication skills, knowledge of all payroll legislation including PAYG, superannuation and payroll tax. Strong excel skills are a prerequisite and Chris 21 experience is desirable, but not essential.
