An ASX listed Group, based in the CBD, are looking for a switched-on Payroll & Invoicing Coordinator who can join their finance team and become part of a positive working environment. The purpose of this position is to ensure the Group of Companies accounting operation's policies & procedures are followed whilst providing optimal services to contractors and business units.
The chosen candidate's responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
- Maintaining payroll and invoicing system integrity
- Accurate and timely processing data including time-sheets, invoicing and payments
- Assisting with reconciliations
- Contractor file maintenance
- Developing and maintaining positive, effective working relationships with contractors, key clients and colleagues
If you have 3+ yrs payroll experience, excellent communication skills, strong systems experience and an intermediate level of Microsoft Excel then you will be in a great position to apply.
