A new opportunity has become available for a Helpdesk person for a permanent role based in the city. Providing both Level 1 & occasionally Level 2 support via phone based support as well as email. Identifying the exact nature of problems & resolving them in an effective and timely manner. Escalating unresolved problems according to call escalation procedures. Managing special requests including the co-ordination & implementation of those requests. The successful candidate will have professional services or have worked within a legal environment, you will be dealing with clients whom have tight deadlines therefore you will be working within a high pressured environment.
