My client, a leading financial organisation has a requirement for a number of client services executives to join their sales team. The role is to provide first line support for their clients, ensure delivery of a high level of service and support in order to increase customer retention levels.
Responsibilities of the role: * To provide outstanding level of service to end-clients trading CFD's in global markets * Resolution of client queries in a timely and effective manner ie deal with client queries professionally. * Liaise with other areas of the business to escalate and resolve issues and/or report faults as and when appropriate * Ensure that the CRM system is updated promptly, for instance, log all correspondence in CRM * Provide support for end client's software problems when using the trading platform * Provide training support to clients on the use of other products * Monitor clients accounts and bring to attention any issues * Educating end-clients in using the trading platform/system * Provide support for any trading queries * Manage the processing of payments * Generate reports on demand / periodically * Comply with all anti-money laundering procedures
The successful candidates will have the following key competences: Team work, Customer centric/ focus, excellent communication skills, self management and attention to detail. My client is looking for individuals with a good general knowledge of financial markets, Microsoft Word and Excel.
