Our client is currently searching for an experienced Reservations/Account Manager to support the Brisbane On-site team. Reporting to Brisbane Account Manager, this position offers the opportunity for a natural Sales/ Account manager to work in a truly unique environment. This role will see you, manage and monitor clients, accounts and assist the Manager and team ensuring the sites are filled to capacity.

To be successful in this role, you will experience in:

Overseeing the daily operations of Reservations and Account management

Solid experience in Reservations including exposure to maintaining maximum revenue and occupancy for On-Site accommodation

Attending to clients requests, enquiries and complaints

A high level of computer literacy is essential

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Revenue Management
