Job Description Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be pivotal in establishing systems and processes, as well as facilitating the continued growth of the Australian operation. The successful candidate will take responsibility for reporting the financial and operational performance of the business. This role will provide critical decision support on a range of commercial issues as well as establishing a best practice business model. Furthermore you will take ownership of all local and international statutory reporting requirements. The Successful Applicant Fully qualified, you will have a demonstrated track record in leadership and process development and will operate well at a strategic level, whilst also being 'hands-on' and functional. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced and progressive environment of autonomy and accountability, in a role which will genuinely contribute to the performance of this business.
