Responsibilities:
As an astute and dedicated individual, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage the Collections Operations team based in Brisbane, with the primary responsibility of ensuring the achievement of financial targets and business objectives.
Working closely with the local and senior management team, you will build the capabilities of the collections services business by ensuring superior customer service delivery, execution of effective collection processes and ongoing skills development of operations team.
Role Requirements:
- Leading the operations team to ensure performance necessary to meet the requirements of major local businesses and developing a team of associates capable of delivering those services.
- Manage Collections Operations budgets jointly with State Manager
- Continue to improve systems, processes and people to drive overall business performance.
- Provide leadership in the organisation, identify and foster leadership qualities in others
- Maintain market/competitor awareness
You will successfully demonstrate:
- Entrepreneurial & Commercial Credit Acumen
- Thought Leadership
- Formulating Strategies & Concepts
Demonstrated experience in leading a team in a collections environment is essential. A tertiary degree in a finance or business related area would be highly regarded.
