Our client is a young and contemporary not-for-profit organisation that is focussed on assisting the educationally disadvantaged. As a result of their continued organisational growth, they are now seeking the assistance of a Part Time Accounts Payable / Payroll Officer. Supporting the Operations Director, this position will see you taking responsibility for the following: Managing high volume accounts payable from entering new suppliers through to making timely payments of all outstanding accounts Processing of fortnightly payroll (approx 25 staff) Accounts Receivable from invoicing through to collection of aged accounts Data entry to support accurate financial reporting Ad hoc administration duties as required You will need to demonstrate the following in order to be considered: Previous experience within Accounts PayableExperience with processing end-to-end payrollMinimal experience with Accounts Receivable is requiredExcellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word & Excel) The ability to work well both independently and within a small team Confidence to self motivate and manage your own workload and Superior communication skills (verbal & written)This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable / Payroll Officer seeking to take on a position which will be rewarding yet still allows for a comfortable work/life balance.
