This Blue-Chip Australian giant is seeking a motivated and organised AP Supervisor to join their exceptional project team. They have gone from strength to strength over the last 4 decades and are now a dominant leader in the construction sector.

The AP Supervisor role will see you utilising your accounting experience, reviewing of invoices and projects, working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders and reporting to senior management.

The role will have various responsibilities and duties, but a key task will see you oversee and take on a 'hands on' approach to the development of the AP department, mentioring and leading a team of 10 AP staff. You will also be responsible for weekly, monthly and yearly reporting, improving and developing new processes in order to improve effiency, liaise with suppliers and subcontrators, and assist with reconciliations.

The suitable candidate will have strong reporting abilities, budgeting and forecasting skills, initiative, drive and be able to build relationships. High attention to detail, accuracy, time management, good communication skills and the ability to lead a team. Previous supervisory experience within a busy AP department is essenital.
