My client, a large player in the Telco market, is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to take responsibility for the management and financial accounting functions of the company. As the successful Management Accountant you will be responsible for all management accounting requirements including results variance analysis, commentary, forecasting and presentation packs including Board papers.

Position responsibilities:

- variance analysis and trend analysis throughout the business
- financial and driver forecast
- maintain and improve forecast model
- co-ordination of annual budget
- preparation of operational reporting
- supervise and mentor Financial accountant
- provide support through all business areas, including process improvement, problem solving and system administration

Position requirements:

- degree in related field
- CA/CPA qualified
- previous experience in a similar role including financial accounting
- strong forecasting skills
- excellent communication skills
- accounting software skills
- Australian Permanent Residency
