Our client, a reputable firm, well known within the Accounting sector is seeking a switched on, energetic BUSINESS MANAGER to be a driving individual within their team.  

Reporting to the Business Director, you will be responsible for managing the overall effectiveness of the business.  

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the following; 

• HR  
• Systems and compliance 
• Reporting and KPI’s 
• Training and Development  
• IT 
• Accounts and Cash flow 
• Administration  

The ideal individual will have proven management experience. You will have the ability to not only build strong external relationships but also to provide effective leadership to the entire team. You will be a switched on, motivated and driven business professional who can take control and be accountable.  

Experience within the Accounting and Financial Services sector will be highly regarded, however is not essential. Our client is seeking a candidate who has the ‘flare’ to do things differently. With a clear goal in mind, this is your opportunity to lead from the front.
