About our Client Our client is a leader within the Financial Services Industry Job Description - Maintenance of Accounting records
- Raising monthly client invoices
- Preparation of advisor's commission statements
- Accounts receivable & payables and actively participate in the debt collection process
- Managing the day to day cashflow
- Preparation of month end accounts and reports
- Monthly variance analysis
- Liaising with the Auditors at the year-end
- Preparation of Budgets and cashflow forecasts for submission to the Board
- Participation in the group strategy meetings
- Preparation of annual tax returns and quarterly BAS statements
The Successful Applicant - CA/CPA
- Experience in using MYOB
- In depth knowledge in Australia Taxation and company law matters
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Strong communication skills and high level relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
