Our client a leading Financial Institution is looking to appoint in an on going long term contract, 2 experienced Business Analyst to an already established and well funded project.
You will be expected to cover various aspects of the full SDLC - such as business requirements gathering, specifically process maps in ARIS and ensuring an end to end view of the trade lifecycle is maintained. The successful candidates will have experience in large IT projects involving FX trading systems.
The successful candidates will have
• Quality business writing and documentation capability
• Proven skills in requirements gathering and process analysis including workshops/meetings (one-on-one and group)
• Autonomous self starter with a commitment to meeting deadlines with quality deliverables
• Process mapping methodologies and project documentation tools such as ARIS, BPMN, Visiois desirable
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Experience in large IT projects involving FX trading systems
• Excellent verbal communication is essential
• Experience communicating across a wide range of diverse project stakeholders is desirable
• Ability to liaise at all levels from the business, senior management to junior BAs on the project team is essential
• Excellent people management skills and experience with line reports. Ability to guide BAs to follow a high process standard
Business Knowledge (Desirable)
• Deep Expertise in financial services projects related to FX and Money Market and Interest Rate products (including swaps) – pricing and the entire end-to-end trading process.
• Previous experience in investment banking, in particular, specific Front, Middle or Back Office systems implementation for Capital Markets applications on the sell-side.
• A good level of Global Markets business knowledge including:
o Front-Office: FX trading and sales
o Front-Office: Money Market trading and sales
o Risk and Compliance
o Back-Office Operations
o Offshore Trading
o Finance – funding and liquidity
